Very good read, found a lot of similarities with my own approach to the subject.
A "Theory of Value" is direly needed to advance to the next Kardashev stage.
Waiting for the next installment, is there a platform to seriously discuss the matter "apolitically"(like grownups), apart from maybe LessWrong or the people over in Cliohistory?
I fear the lack of physical meeting place and the inherent volume of the internet might drown our efforts and fundraising abilities (philosophical warfare still takes ressources).
I'm glad you liked it! One thing I've noticed is that a lot of people and thinkers are starting to converge on a similar idea, which is a good sign. The question is can people agree on a design will actually work -- and I haven't seen much sign of that yet.
I'm not sure there's a suitable platform yet. I've looked at Game B on Facebook, and metamodernism on Reddit but I'm not yet convinced. Everyone there seems to be working on their own thing without a coherent and complete overview of how to bring everyhting together.
Maybe that's better than my own approach at this stage. My strategy for now was to try to build up a mailing list/audience to a decent size by publishing all the chapters online (and the other short posts to try to bring attention to the longer posts), and then to move from there with whoever is still on board after reading it all.
Maybe in the meanwhile we could set up a forum on my webpage, on Reddit, or on Discord? What do you think?

Fully agreed on the point about resources!
